The following terms and conditions shall be part of any purchase order between the Supplier (Seller) and Fastener Tool & Supply, Inc. (Fastener Tool & Supply).

Acceptance: Acceptance of this order and each of its terms and conditions will be evidenced by the Seller’s execution of the acknowledgment copy hereof or by the Seller’s commencement of performance or shipping and which shall then constitute a contract that shall be governed in accordance with the provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code and the laws of the State of Ohio.
