SPS Santa Ana
The SPS Santa Ana facility consists of two buildings and 100,000 square feet of floor space. Their equipment includes innovative stamping presses, automated tap and lock machines, and more. Their process capabilities include cadmium, nickel-cadmium, silver, and copper plating. Moreover, they produce studs and inserts, nut plates, channel nuts, bolts and screws, panel fasteners, specialty fasteners.
SPS Santa Ana manufactures high-quality studs and inserts that meet all industry standards and specifications. We offer them in an array of materials and metric sizes. The materials include Inconel® 718 and MULTIPHASE® alloy. They also manufacture specialty bolts and screws including small lots for military applications. Additionally, SPS Santa Ana manufactures panel fasteners such as the SPS Milson® Fastening System that is used for structural fastening and high load shear applications.
SPS Jenkintown
SPS Jenkintown was founded in 1903 and continues to operate from the original 560,000 square foot facility. The materials, designs, and manufacturing practices that have become today’s industry standards. SPS Jenkintown continues to innovate its materials, designs, and manufacturing practices for aerospace. These items include high-strength nuts, bolts, washers, and associated products.
They manufacture high-strength bolts from micro sizes to 2.5 inches in diameter. Additionally, SPS nuts are available in an array of configurations including self-aligning, close clearance, flanged, and more. The FLEXLOC®, ESNA®, and GREER STOP NUT® product lines offer superior quality and dependability. They are available carbon steel, stainless steel, A286, alloy steel, aluminum, and brass.
